Our goal is to help others train what is often overlooked in the gym, on the field, in the classroom, and in the car...train our mind to keep our HEADS UP on and off the field while developing character traits that lead to fulfillment.

We help athletes, parents, coaches and teams set & maintain performance goals. Our coaching process is adapted to meet the clients specific needs while promoting successful and measurable results.
Our skills training increases emotional control while teaching coachability, communication, confidence, focus, leadership motivation, resiliency, self-esteem, and the willingness to take risks.
Coaching sessions focus on mental flexibility skills such as; deep breathing, expectations, goal setting, grounding, mindfullness, muscle relaxation, playing present, pivioting towards what matters, performing consistently, responsibility, self-monitoring, self- talk and visualization while optimizing performance.
